We will provide you with all essential details about your travel package before you book, ensuring you make an informed decision. This includes information on:

• The itinerary and included services

• The total cost and payment schedule

• Cancellation and refund policies

Nature’s Nomads takes full responsibility for ensuring that all services within your package are delivered as described. If any part of your package is not provided correctly, we will offer suitable alternatives or compensation where required.

You will be provided with emergency contact details so you can reach us or our local partners if you need assistance at any time during your trip.

If you can no longer travel, you have the right to transfer your booking to another person. A reasonable administrative fee may apply, and the request must be made within a reasonable timeframe before departure.

• In rare cases where the price of your package increases due to external factors (e.g., fuel prices, taxes, or exchange rates), we will inform you no later than 20 days before departure.

• If the increase exceeds 8% of the total package price, you have the right to cancel with a full refund.

• If costs decrease, we will provide an equivalent price reduction where applicable.

You may terminate your contract without penalty and receive a full refund if:

• We make a significant change to a major part of your package.

• We cancel your trip before departure.

• Your destination is affected by extraordinary circumstances (e.g., severe security threats, government-imposed travel bans).

If serious issues arise that affect your destination, like significant security concerns, you can terminate the contract before your trip without a fee.

You may cancel your booking at any time before departure, but a cancellation fee will apply based on how far in advance you notify us. This is to cover irrecoverable costs. Full details of cancellation charges are outlined in our Booking Terms

• If a significant element of your package cannot be delivered after your trip has begun, we will offer a suitable alternative at no extra cost.
• If an alternative cannot be arranged and the issue substantially impacts your trip, you may be entitled to a partial refund or compensation.

If part of your travel package is not performed as agreed and this causes significant inconvenience, you may be entitled to compensation. This does not apply to minor issues that do not materially impact the overall experience.

Should you encounter difficulties during your trip, we will provide necessary support. This includes:

• Providing local emergency contacts
• Helping with alternative transport or accommodation arrangements
• Offering guidance on medical services and consular assistance

Nature’s Nomads is not financially liable for costs incurred due to personal emergencies, unless due to negligence on our part.

Nature’s Nomads Ltd is a company committed to customer satisfaction and consumer financial protection. We are therefore pleased to announce that, at no extra cost to you, and in accordance with the current Package Travel and Linked Travel Arrangements Regulations 2018, all passengers booking with Nature’s Nomads Ltd are fully insured for the initial deposit, and subsequently the balance of monies paid as detailed in your booking confirmation form.

The policy will also include repatriation if required, arising from the cancellation or curtailment of your travel arrangements due to the insolvency of Nature’s Nomads Ltd.

Details about the extent of our authorisation and regulation by the FCA are available from us on request.

In the unlikely event of Insolvency of Nature’s Nomads Ltd please follow the procedures below:

• Claims should be submitted in writing within 14 days of the Administration order or Nature’s Nomads Ltd being declared insolvent, supported by documented evidence quantifying the value of the claim.

Policy exclusions: This policy will not cover any monies paid back to you by your Travel Insurance or any losses which are recoverable under another insurance or bond (with the exception of Credit and Debit card). This policy will also not cover any loss sustained by Passenger(s) booked on a flight-inclusive package sold and commencing within the United Kingdom.

Policy Period covers bookings made within the dates specified regardless of date of travel.
